Supportive Living Program
Encouraging Independence & Integration

The Supportive Living Program – Serves adults with chronic & persistent mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. As The Branch does not provide housing, the program’s participants live independently in their own homes. A team of direct support professionals provides comprehensive individualized support based upon the individual’s specific needs and desires. For some, this may include assistance with medication and symptom management. All program participants receive one-on-one in-home and/or community assistance with skill development while improving the quality of their lives.
